Weekend Meditation Retreats
Weekend sittings are usually on the second weekend of the month, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM on Saturday and 4:30 AM - Noon on
Sunday. The next meditation retreats are August 12-14, 2016 and September 9-11, 2016.

The schedule for the weekend Zen retreat on August 12-14, 2016 is:
Experienced meditators preferred. Readings for this retreat will come from The Book Of Serenity, translated by Thomas Cleary. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Bring your own meals or prepare to eat out, since food is not provided, except for popcorn and lemonade with the movie on Friday night. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of any meditation block.

- Saturday August 13:
9:00 - 12:00 Noon Zazen with Chanting
12:00 Noon - 1:30 P.M. Lunch Break
1:30 - 4:30 P.M. Zazen with a reading
4:30 - 6:00 P.M. Dinner Break
6:00 - 9:00 P.M. Zazen with walking meditation
